1. Introduction
By enrolling in the online Dutch language courses provided by Yoram Leert Ltd, participants agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Yoram Leert Ltd offers online Dutch language courses consisting of ten group sessions held over the course of ten weeks, with each class lasting 120 minutes. Classes are conducted via the Zoom platform. Course content may be adjusted throughout the program to accommodate the needs of participants.
3. Enrollment
- Enrollment Process: Registration is required to participate in the courses, and payment must be made at the time of enrollment.
- Rescheduling: Should a student be unable to attend the course after enrolling, they may transfer their registration to a future course within three months, subject to availability. Refunds or cancellations are not available prior to the start of the course.
4. Course Content and Intellectual Property
- Flexibility: Course content may be subject to change based on participant needs and progression.
- Intellectual Property: All materials provided in the course, including homework assignments, are the intellectual property of Yoram Leert Ltd and may not be shared publicly, redistributed, or used by other language schools or instructors without prior permission.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees: The fees for courses are displayed on the website and are payable at the time of registration.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the Refund Policy outlined separately.
6. Bring a Friend Discount
• Eligibility and Process: The “Bring a Friend” discount is available for students enrolling with a friend. To qualify, one participant (Person A) must register and indicate their friend’s name (Person B) in the registration form, completing payment while the order is held on “Pending” status. Person B must complete their registration within 48 hours, mentioning Person A’s name for verification.
• Discount Conditions: Each participant in the pair will receive a 10% discount, totaling 20% off the combined enrollment fees. Yoram Leert Ltd will verify the information within 5 working days.
• Unsuccessful Verification: If Person B does not complete their registration within 48 hours, Person A will receive a follow-up payment request for the remaining 10%.
• Limitations: Each participant may bring only one friend per course. Friends may enroll in different courses and still qualify for the discount.
• Confirmation: Once both payments are completed and verified, an automated confirmation email will be sent to each participant confirming the discount.
7. Quality of Service
Efforts are made to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, no guarantees can be made regarding specific learning outcomes for individual participants.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yoram Leert Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the courses. The performance of third-party platforms, such as Zoom, cannot be guaranteed.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, participants are encouraged to reach out to info@yoramleert.nl to seek resolution. Efforts will be made to address and resolve any issues amicably.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued participation in the courses will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
