A refund may be requested within the first 21 days of the course under the following conditions:
- The service provided is not as described.
- Technical issues during the classes significantly hindered the quality of the classes.
- If the course does not meet the student’s realistic and reasonable needs or expectations, provided that the student has communicated this issue clearly and promptly, and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.
3. Course Switching
If a student’s level is found not to match the level of the course they have enrolled in, they may switch to another active course of appropriate level, subject to availability. This option allows students to find a course that better fits their proficiency level without requiring a refund.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact info@yoramleert.nl within the first 21 days of the course. Include the following information in the request:
- Full name
- Email address
- Course details
- Reason for requesting a refund
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, plus the bank’s processing time, which typically does not exceed 2 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided after the course has been completed or after the initial 21-day period from the start of the course. The start of the course is defined as the beginning of the first of the ten classes.
6. Changes to Courses
Course content may be subject to changes during the course to adapt to the needs of the students. This flexibility ensures that the course remains relevant and effective.
